7 years ago a miracle happened...

My baby boy was born. ♥

We celebrated his birthday by having family & friends join us for a private party at Pump It Up.

Everyone had a really good time. Even the grown-ups got in on the action and may of even had more fun the kids. ha!



Since his favorite thing to do lately is go fishing with his brother at the farm, I chose that to be the theme for the cake. I once again chose the ever-so-talented Annie to make it this year. Love 'ya Annie!

D's Birthday at Peter Piper Pizza

A good life-long friend of mine has an ADORABLE little boy who just had a third birthday party. Chris just so happen to have that day off as well so the four of us were able to make it. We had a LOT of funnnn. :)

My baby is now 6 years old!

Yesterday was Dylan's birthday. He turned 6. And for whatever reason... this year it has hit me that my baby is growing up. He reads and writes... shops in the big boy section at the department stores now... and can keep a nice conversation going. I decided to do a rather big party for him this year. It was dinosaur themed and held at the Museum of Nature and Science. :)



My cake lady, Annie, made an amazing 3D Stegosaurus cake. Unfortunately, my 2 year old got a hold of it while I ran to the bathroom before we had left for the party. I quickly fixed it as much as I could, took a deep breath and went on our way. lol


Mrs. Paulette was our party hostess and I can't say enough good things about her... she did the best job of keeping every one's attention and was very informative and entertaining. There was so much to see and do: a tour of the dinosaur exhibit, a dinosaur dig (sand area for the kids to dig in located under the T-Rex), each kid got to smash open a dinosaur egg and keep the prize inside, and a volcano demonstration was shown at the end. Everything was interactive and I believe that is why everyone had such a good time.


I couldn't of asked for a better day... grand 'ol time with close family and friends... everything was fabulous. Dylan can't stop saying "thank you" and "I love you Mama" so I think he had the best birthday yet. :)
