Mexico and 1st day of school

Hola my bonita amigos!
The AM Resorts familiarization trip was amazing. I met some wonderful people in the travel industry including some very interesting travel agents. Some funny stories to tell over drinks with friends that's for sure.

There were about 15-20 agents who specialize in destination weddings invited to come experience in-person what goes on at these weddings. It was the first time they have ever put one together that focuses on the actual weddings and I must say ... they did an absolutely amazing job. So to everyone at AMSTAR resorts and Apple Vacations ... I applaud you. :) We were all more than impressed and I will sell those particular hotels a lot more now that I have seen them.
Below are some of the shots I got of the wedding locations at each resort:

The Blue Parrot (my favorite place in Playa to shake what my Mama gave me) :

It was a cool trip but it was friggin' HOT and I missed my boys so it was good to get back home. :)

Yesterday was a big day in the Rominger household. My little Dylan had his first day of KINDERGARTEN! Anyone who knows him knows that he is definitely a people-person and is always ready for anything so, as you can imagine, he was very excited about going to school. The back-to-school things he is most proud of this week seem to be his new Airwalks (shoes), his new wordrobe of school uniforms (who knew?!), his totally rad fire backpack, and of course his collection of Spiderman pencils. heehee

I had the biggest lump in my throat yesterday as we took him into his classroom. He gave me a big hug and kiss goodbye then eagerly went and joined his classmates.

When we picked him up I asked if he met any new friends and he replied "Yes... Beth, Alexis, Anne..." He named about 5 girls.

Geez Louis, he is such a ladies man.
I got this shot of him as we were rushing out to the car so it's not the best picture but I still love it for what it is. :)
I have video clips of him going into his classroom and some of Mexico as well. As soon as I learn how to upload them I will post.

Gracias por escuchar!
