Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas!

This Christmas was quite stressful on me. I had 29 family members to get gifts to and I have been busier at work than ever with Destination Weddings. See, Chris and I have 3 Christmases every year with the kids and I'm afraid I let the gift giving be my focus this year. Instead of being my jolly self I was more like scrooge. Next year I shall put on a Secret Santa exchange and we will all be in the Christmas spirit. That will be nice. :)

Santa brought the boys the Nintendo Wii this year and we are all currently going through an illness that you may have heard of: Wiianitis.

That damn thing is addicting fun!

We also received a rather big gift from my grandma, uncle Keith and aunt Mel... a 5 day Western Caribbean CRUISE! Me being the professional travel consultant of the family I helped them plan the trip. :) We are leaving in just a couple of weeks and Dylan has already asked "Mama, is it going to be a boat like Uncle Keith's boat?" *giggles* I replied with "No Dylan baby, it's going to be a MUCH larger boat." He is going to have a blast. :) I have only cruised on Norwegian and Royal Caribbean so Carnival will be new to me but I am going in with an open mind. I hear they have an amazing Kids Club and the food wins awards every year in the cruise industry so we will fine. And well fed. lol

Some more exciting news... Matt Nicolosi, a wonderful photographer in the North Dallas area, held a giveaway for a $1500 custom photography gift. It was for someone deserving who has been going through some difficult times. You can read more details on the Giveaway HERE. When I read about the giveaway on his blog I immediately thought of Julie, my sister-in-law. Her and her daughter have been battling cancer among others things and have constantly been in my prayers.

Well, he contacted me on Christmas Day to tell me that Julie and her 3 children were the lucky winners! We are all thrilled for she definitely deserves this and so much more. You can read his blog post about her winning HERE (my entry letter for her nomination is posted on there as well). Congrats Julie! I love you!

I truly hope that everyone had a wonderful and safe Christmas.

God bless,

*Terrah*
