We tried YGS's Meatloaf Muffins recipe tonight and we all loved them, even my pickiest of eaters. Dylanmeister even said "Mom, you have won the award for the best dinner ever!" This little comment totally made my day. :)
I served them with glazed carrots and mashed potatoes. For dessert? Well, a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream of course. ;)
